So you’ve decided to buy a Wilton Cupcake Stand . Whether you were sold on the attractive display, the ease of setup, or you just want to allow your guests the fun of choosing their own cupcake, your next step is to determine what size you need.
The trick is to have a stand that is large enough for the occasion but not larger. Obviously, this can be a little more difficult than it sounds. Often times, you don’t know the exact number of guests until the day before or sometimes even the day of the party, and you don’t want to be scrambling to get a different size, or worse yet, worrying about the cupcakes running out and constantly having to refill an empty stand.
There are three traditional Wilton Cupcake Stand sizes (small, medium, and large) plus two additional specialty stands. Each of these sizes offer advantages over the others, and in the end, much of the decision will come down to personal preference.
